• Shipping to Spain

Mainland Spain: Shipping is FREE with a delivery time of 24–48 working hours.
Balearic Islands: Shipping is FREE with a delivery time of 2–5 working days.
Canary Islands: Shipping is FREE with a delivery time of 24–48 working hours.

• Shipping to Portugal

Mainland Portugal: Shipping is FREE with a delivery time of 48–72 working hours.
Portugal Islands (Azores and Madeira): Shipping cost is €129.99 with a delivery time of 7–10 working days.

• Shipping to France

Mainland France: Shipping cost is €4.99 with a delivery time of 2–4 working days. For orders over €100, shipping is FREE.
Corsica: Shipping cost is €4.99 with a delivery time of 7–10 working days. For orders over €100, shipping is FREE.

• Shipping to Italy

Mainland Italy: Shipping cost is €4.99 with a delivery time of 3–5 working days. For orders over €100, shipping is FREE.
Sardinia and Sicily: Shipping cost is €9.99 with a delivery time of 7–10 working days.

• Shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, and Sweden

Shipping cost is €4.99 with a delivery time of 3–5 working days. For orders over €100, shipping is FREE.

• Shipping to other EU countries (Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Luxembourg)

Shipping cost is €9.99 with a delivery time of 3–7 working days.

• Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping cost is €79.99 with a delivery time of 5–7 working days. For orders over €199.99, shipping cost is €29.99.

• Shipping to the United States

Shipping cost is $150.00 with a delivery time of 7–10 working days.

All orders are dispatched on working days, Monday through Friday. The cutoff time for same-day dispatch is 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time.

Usual delivery times may be slightly extended during holidays, Black Friday, or Christmas due to high demand.

RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, please note that you have 30 calendar days to do so after receiving your order. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns outside the deadline will not be accepted.

If you purchased the product through our website, please follow these steps:

Send us an email to hello@huiike.com including the following information:

Name of the person who made the purchase
Order number
Reason for the return

If the order is eligible for return, we will send you a label and arrange for the carrier to pick up the product.

If you purchased the product through a marketplace (Amazon, Decathlon, Miravia, etc.), please follow the return process of the respective platform or contact us directly through it.

Once we receive the item, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the board and all its components to ensure they have not been used and are in perfect condition in their original packaging. Returns will be reviewed within a maximum of 3 working days after the product arrives at our facilities.

After verifying that everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund. If we detect that the items have been used, we will notify you, and a proportional refund will not be made. Therefore, make sure the product has not been used when requesting a return.

Your refund will be processed within up to 7 working days after approval. It may take 2 to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will collect the product at no additional cost and send you a replacement in perfect condition.

Returns are free of charge as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, appropriate deductions will be made from the refund.
