SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of completing the order.

All orders received before 12:00 p.m. (Madrid time, CET/CEST) will be shipped the same business day; orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day. In addition, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time calculation.

Shipping to Spain

Mainland Spain: Shipping is FREE for orders over €20 with a delivery time of 24-48 business hours. For orders under €20, shipping costs are €4.99.
Balearic Islands: Shipping costs are FREE for orders over €20 and delivery takes 2-5 business days. For orders under €20, shipping costs are €4.99.
Canary Islands: Shipping costs are FREE for orders over €100 and delivery time is 24-48 business hours. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €4.99.

Shipments to Portugal

Mainland Portugal: Shipping is FREE for orders over €20, with delivery within 48-72 business hours. For orders under €20, shipping costs €4.99.
Portuguese Islands (Azores and Madeira): Shipping costs are €129.99 and delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Shipments to France

Mainland France: Shipping is FREE for orders over €20 with a delivery time of 2-4 business days. For orders under €20, shipping costs are €4.99.
Corsica: Shipping is FREE for orders over €20 with a delivery time of 7-10 business days. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €4.99.

Shipments to Italy

Mainland Italy: Shipping is FREE for orders over €20 with a delivery time of 2-4 business days. For orders under €20, shipping costs are €4.99.
Sardinia and Sicily: Shipping costs are FREE for orders over €100 with a delivery time of 7-10 working days. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €9.99.

Shipments to Germany

Shipping is FREE for orders over €20, with delivery within 2-4 business days. For orders under €20, shipping costs €4.99.

Shipments to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Sweden

Shipping costs are FREE for orders over €20, with delivery within 2-5 business days. For orders under €20, shipping costs are €4.99.

Shipments to other European Union countries (Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Ireland, Luxembourg)

Shipping costs are FREE for orders over €100 and delivery takes 3-7 business days. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €9.99.

Shipments to Switzerland

Shipping costs are €79.99 and delivery time is 5-7 business days. For orders over €200, shipping costs are €29.99.

Shipments to the United States

Shipping costs are $149.99 and delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Standard delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays, August, Black Friday, or Christmas due to the high volume of work for transport agencies during these periods.

RETURNS

If you wish to return the product, please note that you have30 calendar daysto do so after receiving your order.The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns after this period or of used products will not be accepted.

If you purchased the product through our website, follow these steps:

1. Send us an email to hello@huiike.com containing the following information:
- Name of the person who made the purchase.
- Order number.
- Reason for return.

2. If the order is eligible for return, we will send you a label and arrange for the carrier to pick up the product.

If you purchased the product through a Marketplace (Amazon, Decathlon, Miravia…), follow the relevant steps on the site itself or contact us directly through the platform.

Once we have received the item, we will thoroughly check the condition of the product and any accessories it may have to ensure that they have not been used and are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns will be reviewed within a maximum of 3 business days once the product arrives at our facilities.

Once the product has been checked and everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to issue the relevant refund.If we detect that the items have been used, we will inform you and the proportional part will not be refunded. Therefore, please ensure that the product has not been used when you request a return.

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after approval, and it may take between 2 and 10 business days to receive the amount, depending on your bank.

If you receive a product by mistake or it is defective, this product will be picked up by us and we will send one in perfect condition without any additional cost.

Returns are free of charge as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the corresponding deductions will be made in the refund.
