SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of completing the order.

• Shipments to Spain

  • Mainland Spain: Shipping costs are FREE and delivery time is 24-48 business hours. 
  • Balearic Islands: Shipping costs are FREE and delivery time is 2-5 business days. 
  • Canary Islands: Shipping costs are FREE and delivery time is 24-48 business hours. 

• Shipments to Portugal

  • Mainland Portugal: Shipping costs are FREE and delivery time is 48-72 business hours.
  • Islands of Portugal (Azores and Madeira): Shipping costs are 129.99€ and delivery time is 7-10 business days. 

• Shipments to France

  • Mainland France: Shipping costs are €4.99 with a delivery time of 2-4 business days. Orders over €100 qualify for FREE shipping.
  • Corsica: Shipping costs are €9.99 with a delivery time of 7-10 business days.

• Shipping to Italy

  • Mainland Italy: Shipping costs are €4.99 with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. Orders over €100 qualify for FREE shipping.
  • Sardinia and Sicily: Shipping costs are €9.99 with a delivery time of 7-10 business days.

• Shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic and Sweden

  • Shipping costs are €4.99 with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. Orders over €100 qualify for FREE shipping.

• Shipping to other European Union countries (Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Luxembourg)

  • Shipping costs are €9.99 with a delivery time of 3-7 business days.

• Shipping to Switzerland

  • Shipping costs are €79.99 with a delivery time of 5-7 business days. For orders over €200, shipping costs are €29.99.

• Shipping to the United States

  • Shipping costs are $149.99 with a delivery time of 7-10 business days.

 

All orders will be dispatched on business days, from Monday to Friday, with a cut-off time of 12:00 pm for the order to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next day. In addition, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included in the estimated arrival time calculation.


Usual delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays, Black Friday or Christmas due to the high volume of work during these periods.

RETURNS

If you wish to return the product, please note that you have 30 calendar days to do so after receiving the order. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

If you purchased the product through our website, follow these steps:

1. Send us an email to hello@huiike.com containing the following information:
- Name of the person who made the purchase.
- Order number.
- Reason for return.

2. If the order is eligible for return, we will send you a label and arrange for the carrier to pick up the product.

If you purchased the product through a Marketplace (Amazon, Decathlon, Miravia…), follow the relevant steps on the site itself or contact us directly through the platform.

Once we have received the item, we will carry out an exhaustive check of the condition of both the board and all its elements to ensure that they have not been used and are in perfect condition and in their original packaging for each of its elements. Returns will be reviewed within a maximum period of 3 business days once the product arrives at our facilities.

Once the product has been reviewed and everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the relevant refund. If we detect that the items have been used, we will indicate this and the proportional part will not be refunded, therefore, make sure that when you request a return the product has not been used.

Your refund will be processed within up to 7 business days after its approval, and it may take between 2 and 10 business days to receive the amount depending on your bank.

If you receive a product by mistake or it is defective, this product will be picked up by us and we will send one in perfect condition without any additional cost.

Returns are free of charge as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the corresponding deductions will be made in the refund.
